Fall 2012 Life Groups

Life Groups are diverse small groups for women who gather for Bible study and fellowship with other women. 

This fall we have a great line up of Life Groups for you to choose both evening and daytime.
  
On Monday evening, Janis Reeves will be leading the Beth Moore Bible Study "To Live Is Christ", in Kreeger Hall from 6:30-8:30pm. Cost $15.00. Best-selling author Beth Moore travels on a spiritual odyssey through the life of one of Christianity’s most fervent journeymen, the apostle Paul, tracing his story from childhood to martyrdom.  Paul’s undying passion for Christ continues to inspire and challenge those with a deep spiritual hunger for the things of God. You will be greatly refreshed by the obvious mercy of God that causes those who have failed him to repent and serve him wholeheartedly and effectively. This group starts meeting August 27, 2012


Tuesday evening, starting on September 11, 2012 from 6:30-8:30 pm, Tammy Beeghley, will be leading "Forgiveness" a Kay Arthur Bible study. Cost $8.00. This is a 6-week study for women who are interested in learning for themselves more about what the Bible says on forgiveness. This liberating study deals with the difficult questions of forgiveness, including How can I forgive when the pain is so great? Does forgiving mean I have to forget the past? and What if I choose not to forgive?


Tuesday Morning, from 9:30-11:00am, there are 2 Life Groups choices, starting September 11, 2012.

Terry Crooks will lead the Carol Kent study, "Between a Rock and a Grace Place".  Cost $14.00. Between a Rock and a Grace Place reveals that when seemingly insurmountable challenges crash into our lives, we can be transformed as we discover God at work in ways we never imagined.

 Judy Baier will lead "Boundaries in Marriage" by Henry Cloud and John Townsend. Cost $6.00. This book will show how to apply important boundary principles to building a strong marriage in which two become one without compromising their integrity, freedom or truth.
This study is for those:
·         Happy in your marriage and want to keep growing
·         Struggling in your marriage, dealing with major or minor problems
·         Single and wanting to prepare for marriage
·         Divorced and want to prevent the pain you went through if you decide to remarry


Registration for all Life Groups will be on Sunday, August 12, 19 & 26 during all three services in the Worship Center Foyer.
